- SLA was not always met as there were pending snaps to be backup copied, so worked on a feature to backup latest snapshot to avoid piling up of snapshots
- SLA were missed because of interruption of backups , so optimized backup with feature to resume backups from same point instead of beginning from scratch by saving the restart context
- Auto scaled proxies reduce cost of SAAS environment in Azure
- Automatic logic of picking up the Azure proxy to onboard the customer in SAAS environment even in regions that proxies weren't deployed
- Customized the API playbook to onboard huge VMs with a JPMC customer and worked directly with them and contributed for their success in SAAS Architected region based restrictions across backups to save cost by voiding the egress charges
