• Fully exposed to the use of aircraft manuals like AMM, IPC, TSM, and SBs. Removal/installation of wheel and brake assemblies' body faring and access panels. Removal/installation of IDG, hydraulic components, fuel filter, oil filter, etc.
• Perform aircraft servicing/lubrication on hydraulic systems, landing gear ap screw jacks and carriage, ap transmission assembly T Gearbox, torque limit transmitter, slats, THS actuator, and spoilers. Removal/Installation of THS actuator of A320 & A340.
• APU removal/Installation of A320, A330, B777.
• Removal/Installation A320/A340 Main Landing Gear and Doors. Removal/Installation B777-200/300 Landing Gear Doors. Removal/installation of intake, intake cowlings, reversal cowling, CF6 80C2 engines on A300/A310, CFM565C4/CFM56-5A1 on A340/A320,AND GE 90 90B/GE90-115B on B777- 200/b777-300ER. Carried out aircraft jacking with the spirit level and plumb bob for the retraction test.
• Done Check C on A300/A310 at tail section, cargo compartment, and wing, which included removal/installation of an elevator, aileron, and rudder servos and hinges for change of bushing/structure bushing after detection of play.
• Also include elevator, aileron, and ruder rigging (jack lighting snag) ,THS actuator servicing, lubrication/servicing of slat/ ap carriage and transmission assembly, and inspection of the structure.
• Done check C on A 340 on wing, which includes removal/installation of the fixed fairing and movable fairing, removal/installation of aileron servos, and lubrication/servicing of slats/ ap carriage and transmission assembly. Also, including assistance for modification of pylon 2 and 3 reinforcements.
• Done Check C on A320 cargo compartment, empennage, cabin, and wings. This includes opening and closing for structural inspection as per the maintenance cards and snag recti cation. Also, including modification of avionics rack mounts.
• Done Modification onA320 NEO FUEL NOZZLE Done A340-500 Main Landing Gear Removal and Installation. Work in the fuel tank to apply sealant for pylon fuel leak on the 300 and 310 and sealant crack repair on A340, which included leak detection, De-sealing, and application. Done Check C on B737 cargo compartment, cabin, landing gear, and wings as per AMM.
• Done Check A on B737 engine as per AMM.
• Done Check C on B 777-200 and 777-300ER wings, empennage, Engine, cargo compartment, and cabin. This includes opening and closing for structural inspection as per maintenance cards and snag rectification in wings, cargo compartments, and cabin.
• Done engine Preservation and change on A300, A310, A320, A330,A330 neo and A340.
• Done engine Preservation and change on B777-200/300ER and A330. Maintained all aircraft in accordance with organizational maintenance requirements.
• Carried out detailed pre-flight checks, ensuring safety and readiness for take-off.
• Trained junior mechanics enhancing their practical skill set and overall team performance.
• Lubricated shafts, bearings and gears to maintain optimal performance.
• Disassembled engines and inspected parts for corrosion, wear, cracks and leaks.
• Managed health and safety standards to minimize work-related hazards.
