  • Led the implementation of an innovative product called 'myprocare'  to provide a web interface  for Stryker customers using ttps://myprocare.stryker.com for their RMA creation needs. Resulted in $300k annually saving for Customer Service team. Used Oracle Tool Set, PL/SQL,UNIX  Service Oriented Architecture and Web services.
