Chef Komaya is a focused, skilled, passionate and a highly-organized Sushi chef with training under some of the best Sushi chefs in Tokyo, Japan. He comes from a family of chefs and bakers, thanks to which the kitchen has always been his natural element. He has excelled at Tsukiji Magoemon, one of the busiest Sushi restaurants in one of the most popular fish markets in the world: Tsukiji Fish Market, Tokyo. He enjoys recipe and menu creation with high standards of food safety and sanitation. He has a positive and cheerful personality and speaks English fluently.
