- Main duty I am handling & taking challenges to protect the environment by controlling the dust emission during the production and the process equipment maintenance.
- Check the pre-assembly of the all equipment and fix the tolerance as per the requirements and forwarded to the final erection and installation & plant maintenance activities.
- Identify & select the conveyor belt suitable for the material transport, work load, speed, CC distance, etc.
- Fix & prepare the belt conveyor joints (such as HOT, COLD, MECH, etc.,) along with entire maint & replacement work.
- Manage the foundation installation as per the design without affecting any clearance to the Mechanical & Electrical equipment installation of all equipment such as conveyor, compressor, pumps etc.
- Analyze the equipment failures and troubleshoot the issues which not rise in future again and fix the problems permanently.
- Arrange the critical welding joint inspection by the third party with required certification.
- Check the major equipment final alignment and advised to the further work like testing and commissioning works.
- Supervision of the conveyor erection & maintenance. Old conveyor dismantling and spares recovery and optimization.
- Ensuring and updating the new installed equipment Test records and ensuring which must be covered the company procedure and industry standards.
- Checking the balancing and Fix the Corrective action for the rotating equipment like process fans, ID fan, FD fan, ESP fan, Bag-house Fan, all filter Fan, etc., by using SKF Micro-log-analyzer.
