As part of the RMC - Raafat Miller Consulting team, I managed the flooring package for the Mall of Egypt project, overseeing the installation of high-quality flooring materials throughout the mall’s retail spaces, dining areas, and common zones. This large-scale, high-traffic development required precise coordination to ensure the flooring installation met both aesthetic and functional requirements.

Flooring Package Management: Coordinated the selection, procurement, and installation of various flooring materials, including marble, tiles, and carpets, to meet the mall's design specifications and durability needs.
