01/10/2015-30/04/2017, RAN Back Office Engineer

• Worked as RAN back office engineer for Ericsson and Huawei Equipment's
  Troubleshooting of 2G/3G/LTE Ericsson RAN resources and services. Remote support for field maintenance team on their activities and on-site support on hardware replacements.
  Data collection and control, notify customer on preventive activities and update reports.
  Remote deployment of new software updates and execute site migrations.

• Worked as FLM Engineer of Ericsson SRAN for Ooredoo mobile network, Kuwait.
• Site preventive maintenance, Trouble shooting and rectification of SRAN GSM/WCDMA/LTE wireless network faults.
• Replacement and configuration of faulty hardware such as SIU, DUW 30/41, DUG 20, DUS 30/41, RRUS B1/B3/B8/B20, SUP 6601 etc. and on-site software upgrade.
• Environment health and safety management and quality assurance.

• Worked as SRAN swap project engineer for Ooredoo telecom, Kuwait.
• Responsible for site survey, installation and commissioning of equipment's.

• Set up MW transmission links (PDH links).
