• Checking the drawings, quantities and the materials as per specification .
• Assessment of materials and site workers performance.
• Coordination with Client, preparation of construction reports and dealing with Sub-Contractors, monitoring of sub-contractors progress.
• Pre planning the work at site efficiently, organizing the site facilities in order to achieve deadlines
• Checking of all drawing in accordance to the project scope standards, specification, quality and all applicable codes & regulations prior to formal issue for construction.
• Layout of the project, preparing of Bar bending schedule.
• Should be familiar with Handling of dumpy level & related survey activities
• Checking of dimension, alignments and elevation prior to concrete pouring
• Experience in Road works, earth works, pre engineering building, Structural and Finishing works.

• Supervision of electrical and plumbing installation.

• Working as per safety requirement & advising labor about their safety.
• Promote the team member when they are down with setting as an example.

• Circular tank, Biological treatment pit, Clarifier, Pipe rack, Equipment foundation, Underground work like installation of precast manhole, catch basin, Duct Bank. Excavation work, steel bar, painting, plastering, RCC, Carpentry, Brick & Block work for high rise building work.
