  • Respond to all requests of a telecom nature concerning the major account user and implement all sales action related to business targets as outlined by the senior Account manager
  • Visit customers on a regular basis to pre-empt possible problems, suggest appropriate solutions and promote all products/ services as they become available.
  • Entertain customers as and when necessary in order to build strong relationships with the customer.
  • To act as a single point of contact for major account customers at all times (including after-duty hours)
  • Liaison with other department managers for day-to-day activities.
  • To process any additional assignment given by the management
