· Taking care of Chiller Plant, Cooling Tower, Electrical Panel, DG, Firefighting system, Fire Alarm system,

· Manage the daily maintenance operations ensuring compliance, safety and best practices for corrective

· and preventative maintenance works, also ensuring accurate completion of PPM program

· Approving tenant new design drawing and its implementation according to the mall procedures

· Classified as an approved permit executer inside KNPC (MAB) Projects.

· Follow up and coordinate with related Bid packs for the civil works & construction in accordance with: Contract documents and Specifications, Centralized system of Planning, organizing, controlling, Safety precautions and Quality assurance and control systems.

· Acting as the main technical adviser on a construction site for subcontractors, crafts people and operatives.

· Liaising with consultants, sub-contractors, supervisors, planners, quantity surveyors and the general workforce involved in the project.

· Day-to-day management of the site, including supervising and monitoring the site labor force and the work of any subcontractors.

· Planning the work and efficiently organizing the plant and site facilities in order to meet agreed deadlines.

· Overseeing quality control, health and safety matters on site.

· Preparing reports as required on daily.
